We are seeking a Golf Instructor who is passionate about teaching, values continuous learning, and enjoys working with a diverse range of golfers-from beginners to competitive players. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering personalized instruction, building lasting relationships with students, and contributing to a collaborative coaching environment.

As part of the Always Sunny Golf team, you will play an important role in developing golfers, supporting our instructional programs, and helping cultivate a positive and welcoming golf community.

Experience Required

• PGA of America or LPGA Professionals Membership preferred
• 2+ years of Coaching Experience
• Junior and Adult Private and Group Coaching Experience
• College/Professional Competitive Experience Preferred
• TPI/Biomechanics Certification Preferred
• Experience with Launch Monitors and Golf Technology
  Preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private golf instruction tailored to each student's goals and skill level.
• Lead junior development programs, ladies' clinics, and group instructional sessions.
• Develop personalized improvement plans and track student progress over time.
• Create a positive, engaging, and welcoming learning environment for golfers of all ages and abilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to encourage long-term player development and retention.
• Utilize instructional technology, including launch monitors, simulator software, and video analysis, to enhance lessons.
• Collaborate with the Always Sunny Golf team to support instructional programs, events, and player development initiatives.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused coaching environment.
• Actively promote lesson programs and contribute to the continued growth of the lessons as an independent contractor.
