Overview

The Wanderers Club is one of South Florida's premier family-oriented private clubs. The golf course, redesigned by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy in 2007, provides an exceptional playing experience for approximately 400 golf members who enjoy more than 18,000 rounds annually. The Club features a large driving range that also serves as a polo field during portions of the season, along with two dedicated short-game practice facilities.

Located in Palm Beach County, at the heart of North America's premier equestrian community, The Wanderers Club offers a unique combination of golf and equestrian lifestyles in an inviting family atmosphere.

Experience Required

• Love of Golf: A passion for the game of golf with previous experience in Player services preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

As part of our Player Services team, you'll be at the front line of ensuring our members and guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. You'll work closely with other members of the team, assisting with golf carts, driving range, bag handling, and all aspects of the golf experience. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. You'll be the first face they see and play an integral part in their overall experience at the course.
• Team Collaboration: Work as a part of a tight-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You'll rely on your teammates, and they'll rely on you, to keep everything running seamlessly, from managing golf carts to maintaining a clean and organized range.
• Ensure a Seamless Member Experience: Assist with bag handling, golf cart setup, and coordinate guest arrivals and departures. Make sure every detail is attended to so that our members enjoy a hassle-free experience.
• Maintain Course Appearance and Equipment: Ensure golf carts are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Assist with maintaining the driving range, ensuring it's well-stocked with balls and in top condition for all guests.
• Love and Play Golf: Individuals will also be expected to play with members and guests, assist with tournament operations and caddie as needed. There is also opportunity to observe and learn from a Top 100 Ranked Instructor.

• Flexibility: 35-45 hours per week. We currently schedule three days on and four days off. This allows plenty of time to work on your game, continue your PGA education, and explore the beautiful Palm Beach area.
