Overview

Established in 1979, Hickory Hills Golf Club was designed by renowned golf course architect Jack Kidwell as his "Signature" project. The golf course was carved out of 181 acres of magnificent, aged woodland and open meadows. It's natural beauty can easily be compared with the best in central Ohio! The property has beautiful mature trees and was only cleared to put in greens, fairways and tees. HHGC is adjacent to metropolitan park property and there is no housing or condominiums associated with the course. We have a quiet surrounding with rolling hills, winding streams and wildlife.

This position will begin approximately Mid-July with an estimated end date of November 1. Club will open back up on March 1, 2027.

Experience Required

• Individuals looking to start a career in golf by joining the PGA Associate program
• PGA Associate Level 1

Essential Responsibilities

The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional at Hickory Hills will be involved with all aspects of being a Golf Professional, including:

• Day-to-day operations
• Opening/Closing of the Golf Shop
• Checking in & appropriately charging members & guests
• Assist with most if not all Monday outings
• Assist with Club Tournament operations
• Individual & Group Instruction
• Junior Golf Camp Instruction
• Men's/Women's League

We highly encourage our Golf Professionals to maintain their golf game by practicing and playing with members when time allows.
