Description
Red Ledges Club is seeking a Public Area Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Summary:
The Public Area Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of public spaces across the property. This position ensures that golf comfort stations, restrooms, locker rooms, and surrounding areas remain clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain two golf course comfort stations (refreshment stations and restrooms)
- Open stations on time and ensure they are fully stocked, clean, and organized
- Monitor stations throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies
- Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and functioning properly
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of backstock rooms and refrigerator
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away food and beverage deliveries
- Monitor inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies and report needs to management
- Empty designated trash containers throughout the property
- Maintain locker room laundry and general housekeeping tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the public area utility cart
- Safely operate a utility cart while traveling throughout the property
- Assist other departments, including pool operations, when additional support is needed
- Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits while working independently
Minimum Qualifications:
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear the assigned uniform and name badge during each shift
- Be able to navigate the golf course and the surrounding property
- Maintain awareness of the operating hours for golf, clubhouse, dining outlets, wellness facilities, and pools
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors in a golf club environment and may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
