Beaver Hills Country Club in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a driven individual for the Pro Shop Attendant role who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf property organization.

Experience Required

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to arriving members
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace
• Ensure property and its amenities are secured daily
• When acting as outside staff, perform starter/ranger-like duties
• Welcome and greet members & guests in a friendly manner
• Explain rules and course etiquette to groups as needed
• Wash and sanitize the golf cart fleet and maintain organized storage areas and practice facilities
• Assist with set-up and organization of golf carts and equipment for tee time starts or outings
• Answer questions in a friendly manner and keep records of starting times and golf cart numbers when necessary
• Pick up and clean practice balls when scheduled
