Overview

Westerfield Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to support daily golf operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. This role contributes to delivering exceptional guest and member experiences through attentive service and operational support.

Experience Required

• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
• Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if they have previous experience in roles such as server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles.

Essential Responsibilities

• Stage golf carts.
• Maintain the bag room and cart barn.
• Attend the bag drop.
• Maintain the practice range.
• Deliver world class customer service and cheerfully interact with guests.
