Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing information about services and events.
• Manage event logistics, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Provide food service as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events.

Skills

• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with guests.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience working with children is a plus, enhancing the ability to engage with younger audiences.
• Proficient in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of events management principles to assist in planning and executing successful gatherings.
• Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately.
• Background in food service to ensure quality dining experiences for guests.
• A solid foundation in hospitality practices, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
• Familiarity with theater operations is beneficial for engaging with diverse audiences.
