Overview

Part-time outside services golf position supporting daily golf operations and guest service at Red Hawk Golf and Resort. The role focuses on creating a positive experience for members and guests while assisting with golf cart staging, bag handling, range operations, and tournament support.

Experience Required

• Valid driver's license required
• Knowledge of the game of golf preferred but not required
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Essential Responsibilities

• Stages golf carts for daily play and tournaments
• Maintains cleanliness of bag rooms and cart barns
• Assists at bag drop and helps guests with golf bags
• Provides directions to the driving range, golf shop, snack bar, and restaurant
• Maintains the driving range and practice areas throughout the day
• Picks range balls, washes balls, and refills range machines
• Assists with the setup and execution of tournaments and outings
• Maintains consistent communication with the Golf Shop and Starter
• Delivers friendly, professional customer service to all guests
• Performs other duties as assigned
