The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for members and guests by providing outstanding service throughout the golf operation. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling golf bags, maintaining practice facilities, staging and cleaning golf carts, assisting with tournaments and events, and ensuring the highest standards of presentation throughout the property.

Experience Required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous golf course or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and storing golf bags.
• Prepare, stage, clean, golf carts to club standards.
• Maintain the practice facilities by stocking golf balls, picking the driving range, and keeping all practice areas clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service while anticipating member needs.
• Assist with tournament preparation, outings, and special events.
• Maintain bag storage, cart barns, and surrounding outdoor areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Safely operate golf carts and club vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with members, guests, and fellow team members.
• Support daily operations by completing additional duties as assigned.
