We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and personable Outside Services Attendant to join our Golf Operations team. This position is essential in providing exceptional service while maintaining the high standards our members expect. The ideal candidate is energetic, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.
Position Summary

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding member and guest service by ensuring golf carts, practice facilities, and outside service areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable golf experience from arrival to departure.

Experience Required

• Previous golf course, country club, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and assist with clubs and golf equipment.
• Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts daily, ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for play.
• Maintain the driving range and practice areas, including collecting, washing, and replenishing range balls.
• Keep the cart barn, bag storage, and outside service areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist members with loading and unloading golf bags and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit.
• Support golf tournaments, leagues, and special events with setup and breakdown.
• Monitor golf course activity and assist the Golf Professional Staff as needed to ensure an exceptional pace of play and member experience.
• Maintain club standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
