Overview

The Outside Operations team sets the first impression and lasting impression of our facility for every member and guest. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outside Service Attendant to join our team, someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for promptly greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with unloading and placing their bags on the rack, and ensuring each interaction is friendly, attentive, and efficient. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This is a seasonal position running from August through November, with an expected schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing information about services and events
• Manage event logistics, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during events

Skills

• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience working with children is a plus, enhancing the ability to engage with younger audiences
• Proficient in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Knowledge of event management principles to assist in planning and executing successful gatherings

Experience Required
