Founded in 1953, Paradise Valley Country Club is a member-owned private club located in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Home to nearly 1,200 members, PVCC offers an exceptional private club experience centered around golf, racquet sports, fitness, dining, and a vibrant social atmosphere. The club's renowned golf course, originally designed by Lawrence Hughes and later renovated by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw in 2014, serves as the centerpiece of an active golf program featuring a thriving Women's Golf Association, premier member tournaments, weekly events, and a state-of-the-art Golf Learning Center.

We are looking to hire a member-service-first mindset and team-oriented candidate that is highly motivated to learn and enthusiastic about our commitment to excellence in all facets of the operation. Candidates with a passion for the game of golf will be highly considered; however, golf experience is not a prerequisite.

• High-end private club experience encouraged
• Active PGA Apprenticeship encouraged
• Hospitality or service industry experience required

Essential Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing unmatched service while exceeding all member and guest expectations
• Act as an ambassador to the Club while bringing positivity, energy, and enthusiasm daily
• Maintaining a work area that is always clean and orderly
• Successfully carry out all aspects of the outside service operation including but not limited to: golf car fleet management, practice facility maintenance, and tournament operations
• Assist with any other work deemed necessary by supervisors
