Council Fire Club, one of the top private golf clubs in Tennessee, is seeking a dependable and service-oriented individual to join our Outside Operations team.

Council Fire is a young, up-and-coming equity club experiencing an exciting period of growth and improvement. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys golf, working outdoors, and delivering a high level of service to members and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be part of a team. Previous golf course or private club experience is preferred but not required.

Sunday availability is required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and golf carts.
• Prepare, stage, clean, and organize golf carts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cart staging area and cart barn.
• Assist with bag storage and the organization of member golf clubs.
• Maintain the driving range and practice facilities throughout the day.
• Pick and clean range balls and keep practice areas properly stocked.
• Assist members and guests with directions, golf bags, carts, and other needs.
• Communicate with the Golf Shop regarding cart availability, tee times, and member requests.
• Assist with tournaments, member events, and outside outings.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other golf operations duties as assigned.
