Description

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hears; occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, or crouches.

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain the cart storage and cart wash down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Assist in educating players regarding course policy, cart policy, and speed of play.
• Assist players by changing golf spikes if needed.
• Perform range maintenance, present practice facility items, and maintain ball inventory throughout the day.
• May direct start of play.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
