Deering Bay Yacht & County Club in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking an Outside Service Attendant to support a fast-paced, hospitality-focused club environment. This role centers on delivering excellent member and guest service, maintaining golf operations support areas, and contributing to a high-end luxury club experience while growing within the Troon organization.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a great experience every visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness and stocking of the range facility.
• Clean, stock, stage, and return carts in accordance with training and club standards.
• Keep the staging area clean and orderly, presenting members a calm, unhurried, and cheerful environment at all times.
• Develop familiar relationships with members and help promote activity at the club.
• Understand the full operation and uphold the standards of a high-end luxury club.
• Be well-groomed, in proper uniform, alert, and always professional and mature in conduct.
• Carry out daily operations, adhering to scheduling and coverage requirements.
• Take ownership of your work and leave each shift set up for the next team's success.
• Communicate promptly, effectively, and concisely; listen first, then offer help.
• Maintain a consistent level of service, in line with training.
• Stay well-informed on the club's golf programs day to day.
