Overview

Opportunity for an Outside Service Attendant at Westin Kierland Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role supports a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation and involves providing guest service while supporting outside golf operations and facility upkeep.

Experience Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain the cart staging area, podium, and bag drop area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain the cart storage and wash down areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Help educate players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play.
• Assist players by changing golf spikes if needed.
• Perform range maintenance, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory throughout the day.
• Direct the start of play when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
