The Bag Room Staff member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests. This position is responsible for managing golf bags and equipment while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The Bag Room Staff ensures that all facilities and equipment are organized, presentable, and ready for use, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence:
  Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading, storing, and preparing golf bags and equipment. Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service at all times, anticipating member needs and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Bag Handling and Equipment Care:
  Safely handle, store, and transport golf bags and equipment. Ensure bags are placed correctly on carts, cleaned when necessary, and returned promptly after play. Take special care with personal equipment to maintain member trust and satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Organization:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly bag room, cart area, and surrounding facilities. Regularly clean golf carts, staging areas, and storage spaces to ensure a polished and professional appearance.
• Attention to Detail:
  Monitor equipment and storage areas carefully to ensure bags are accurately labeled, properly stored, and returned to the correct members. Check carts and facilities for cleanliness, functionality, and readiness before each use.
• Facility Support:
  Assist with daily operational tasks such as staging carts, replenishing supplies, and supporting other golf operations staff as needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Professional Representation:
  Uphold the club's standards of professionalism by maintaining a neat appearance, communicating respectfully with members and teammates, and demonstrating a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
