Overview

Outside Operations Attendant role at Tobacco Road Golf Club supporting a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation. The position assists with outside golf operations and guest service, including bag handling, club cleaning, golf cart operations, practice facility upkeep, rental club service, and support for food and beverage activities.

Experience Required

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Minimum of 2 days a week required for the schedule with flexibility on the days of the week.
• Ability to operate a golf cart on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assist in educating players regarding the game.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Operate a golf cart on a daily basis.
• Pick and maintain the practice facility in accordance with standard operating procedure.
• Clean and restock golf carts between and after rounds.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
