Overview

Hobe Sound Golf Club is currently seeking motivated, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as an Outside Operations Attendant. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. Hobe Sound Golf Club is a tipping facility, providing additional earning potential beyond hourly pay.

Outside Operations Attendants are responsible for the daily setup, and service operations of the golf course and practice facilities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude focused on providing first-class service.

Experience Required

• Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift golf bags and perform physical tasks as required
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Golf knowledge or previous club experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide bag drop and bag storage services
• Clean, stage, and prepare golf carts daily
• Maintain practice facilities (range balls, tees, targets, and cleanliness)
• Assist with tournament and event setup and breakdown
• Keep staging areas, cart barn, and bag room clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with golf professionals and fellow staff
