Overview

Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Services team. This position plays an important role in creating a first-class experience for our members and guests by assisting with daily golf operations and maintaining the presentation of the golf facility.

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment while providing exceptional hospitality.

Experience Required

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift golf bags and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Golf knowledge is preferred but not required

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and equipment
• Prepare and stage golf carts to club standards
• Clean, wash, and restock golf carts following play
• Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities
• Pick, clean, and organize range balls
• Assist with club storage operations and bag handling
• Ensure the staging area, cart barn, and practice facilities remain clean and organized
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
• Assist the Golf Professional Staff with tournaments, outings, and special events
• Monitor pace of play and maintain an enjoyable golf experience for all players
• Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety standards
