Member Experience & Operations Associate

Elevation Golf Club | Urbandale, Iowa
Part-Time | Nights and Weekends

Elevation Golf Club is looking for dependable, outgoing individuals to join our team as Member Experience & Operations Associates.

This role is responsible for creating a great experience for everyone who enters the facility. That includes helping members and guests, managing the front desk, keeping the facility clean and organized, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

For the right person, this position can also include opportunities to help with member communication, sales follow-up, social media, events, and other projects that contribute to Elevation's growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service
• Check customers in and assist with TrackMan simulator bookings
• Answer basic questions about memberships, programs, lessons, and events
• Help prospective members learn more about Elevation
• Keep the front desk, simulator bays, lounge, short-game area, gym, and other shared spaces clean and organized
• Complete opening or closing responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and respond to basic customer questions
• Assist with events, leagues, camps, and member activities
• Support member follow-up through phone calls, texts, or emails
• Help create or schedule social media content
• Assist with other operational and business-development projects based on experience and interest

• Dependable and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and social media
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Interest in golf, fitness, marketing, sales, or business is preferred but not required

We are especially interested in people who want to do more than simply sit behind a front desk. The best candidates will take initiative, build relationships with our members, notice what needs to be done, and look for ways to improve the business.

Schedule

This is a part-time position primarily covering:

• Weekday evenings
• Saturdays and Sundays
• Additional hours for events, leagues, camps, or facility needs

We are looking to hire multiple team members, so the exact schedule can be discussed based on availability.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience, availability, and the responsibilities assigned.

Elevation Golf Club is a premium indoor golf performance and community facility in Urbandale. Our facility includes eight TrackMan simulators, a 6,000-square-foot short-game area, a fitness facility, and event and meeting spaces.
