Overview

The Island Club Manager plays a key role in delivering a world-class experience for Island Club members and Four Seasons resort guests. This position supports the Golf Department in overseeing daily member and guest services, enhancing engagement, and coordinating personalized experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and thrives in a luxury resort environment.

Experience Required

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or providing an exceptional guest experience. Experience in a golf or resort environment preferred.

PGA Membership preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

1.) Welcome and deliver a highly personalized and elevated guest experience for Island Club members and resort guests by serving as a primary point of contact, anticipating needs, and coordinating all arrangements, including guest credentials, dining, activities, golf tee times, and transportation, with precision and attention to detail, while building strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution in accordance with Island Club standards.

2.) Deliver high-level administrative support to Golf Operations and Island Club members by coordinating reservations, managing requests, and maintaining accurate records of member preferences, guest profiles, memberships, and booking details to ensure seamless, personalized service and operational excellence. Manage Golf tee time request Inbox and Assist retail operation by receiving merchandise.

3.) Oversee Island Club pool operations by maintaining a pristine, well-organized environment, ensuring amenities such as towels are fully stocked and readily available, and coordinating closely with Golf Operations, Housekeeping, and Landscaping to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest experience. Ensure pool deck and pump room is kept clear and clean of debris.

4.) Demonstrate expert knowledge of Island Club membership benefits, privileges, and guidelines to ensure compliance and deliver highly personalized, accurate service, while proactively resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care and maintaining detailed records of member preferences, reservations, and guest profiles. Play golf with members and VIP's as directed by Head Professional or Director of Golf.

5.) Provide proactive support to Golf Operations by managing tee time requests with accuracy and coordination, while assisting with retail administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Forecaddie, oversee golf clinics, and support retail operations as needed for the business needs.

6.) Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and Managers
