ProMotion Golf Academy is seeking a motivated and passionate Golf Instructor to join our growing coaching team in Houston, Texas. We are a technology-driven indoor golf academy dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels improve through personalized coaching, data-driven instruction, and long-term player development.

Our facility features industry-leading technology including TrackMan, GCQuad, SportsBox AI 3D Motion Capture, Swing Catalyst Pressure Mapping, and multiple simulator bays. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with players of all ages, and wants to build a successful career in golf instruction within a collaborative environment.

Whether you're an experienced coach or looking to transition into teaching, we'll provide the tools, mentorship, and client opportunities to help you grow.

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or PGA Member preferred but not required
• Passion for teaching and player development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with juniors, beginners, and experienced golfers
• Comfortable learning and utilizing golf technology and video analysis
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow a personal client base
• Weekend and evening availability preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct private golf lessons for players of all ages and skill levels
• Deliver high-quality instruction using TrackMan, GCQuad, SportsBox AI, and Swing Catalyst technology
• Assist with junior development programs, clinics, camps, and academy events
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional coaching and customer service
• Help promote academy programs through social media and community outreach
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming teaching environment
• Continue professional development and collaborate with the coaching staff to deliver a consistent player experience
