The PGA TOUR Golf Academy at World Golf Village in St. Augustine is looking for a Full-Time Instructor to join the team.

This is an opportunity to coach in a high-performance environment while building your own book of business and impacting players at every level-from beginners to competitive golfers.

We're looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in instruction and junior player development
• Motivated to grow a client base and drive revenue
• Comfortable with technology and modern teaching systems
• A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for the game

Essential Responsibilities

What you'll do:
• Deliver customized instruction using your expertise and modern coaching tools
• Guide players into the right programs (lessons, fittings, on-course sessions)
• Leverage industry-leading tech (TrackMan, SAM PuttLab, GC Quad)
• Contribute to academy growth through community engagement and marketing
• Maintain a high-energy, professional coaching environment every day
