Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Golf Instructor to join The Back Nine Golf in Ascension/Gonzales. The Back Nine is the fastest growing premier indoor golf facility in the country. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of golf techniques and etiquette, and will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction and support to golfers of all skill levels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. Our professional would have 24/7 access to the simulator facility including an office on premises.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties

• Provide individual and group golf lessons, focusing on skill development and improvement.
• Organize and lead golf clinics, tournaments, and special events to promote engagement within the community.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their golfing experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the proper operation of the simulators.
• Assist members and guests of the facility to ensure a positive experience.
• Give prospective members demonstrations of the simulators and recruit new membership.
