We're seeking a PGA Class A Professional who shares those values and is excited to become an important part of our community. This position reports directly to the Buffalo Golf Club Board of Directors and is responsible for managing all aspects of the golf operation. Working collaboratively with the Golf Course Superintendent and Restaurant Manager, the Head Golf Professional will coordinate daily operations, tournaments, leagues, instructional programming, merchandising, and special events to ensure an exceptional experience for every season passholder and daily fee visitor.

Successful candidates will possess:

• PGA Class A Membership
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A passion for teaching golfers of all ages and abilities
• Strong merchandising and retail management experience
• Experience organizing tournaments, leagues, and private events
• A commitment to growing the game through junior golf and player development
• A genuine desire to mentor young employees and help them grow professionally
• A passion for serving veterans and continuing the success of Buffalo Golf Club's PGA HOPE Program
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• A commitment to becoming an active and engaged member of the Buffalo community

Essential Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all aspects of the golf operation while delivering exceptional customer service to season passholders and daily fee visitors
• Oversee all Golf Shop operations, merchandising, inventory management, and retail presentation
• Plan and administer tournaments, outings, leagues, and private events
• Coordinate Men's League, Ladies League, junior golf programming, and instructional clinics
• Provide individual instruction and player development opportunities for golfers of all skill levels
• Continue building Buffalo Golf Club's highly respected junior golf programming
• Lead and expand the club's PGA HOPE Program while creating a welcoming environment for our veterans
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Golf Shop staff while investing in their personal and professional growth
• Work collaboratively with the Golf Course Superintendent and Restaurant Manager to coordinate daily operations, tournament execution, and club events
• Build lasting relationships with season passholders, daily fee visitors, sponsors, and community organizations
• Represent Buffalo Golf Club with professionalism, honesty, and integrity both on and off the property
