Overview

The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the oversight of the entire golf operations at Cat Island Club. The successful candidate will have a "devotion to promotion" to the game and member experience. The club was re-established in 2023 as a Private Club with just over 300 members. Cat Island Club is currently transitioning from a Corporate Owned factility to a locally owned and member equity owned situation over the next several months.

The Head Golf Professional will lead a team of inside and outside golf operations to ensure the member experience is truly exceptional.

Experience Required

Producing a detailed calendar of events for members and communitication to both members and staff is essential to the success of our golf operations.

Essential Responsibilities

The Head Golf Professional must be well versed in best practices for private club golf operations. The Head Professional is truly the face of the golf operation at this young and growing club.

Teaching the game to both adults and juniors is a critical element to promoting the game.

Utlizing tournament software to produce the most professional tournament operations is also a key element to success.
