Overview

Part-time guest service attendant position at Springdale Golf Club focused on creating a positive experience for members and guests while supporting golf club operations.

Experience Required

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be comfortable standing for the majority of the shift
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot, humid, cold, windy, and rainy
• Knowledge or an understanding of the game of golf is a plus
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Essential Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Performs range maintenance, including setup of the range, presentation of chipping and putting areas, maintenance of range ball inventory, and picking and cleaning range balls
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area
• Maintains accurate records of tee sheets, cart rentals, and club rentals
• Provides assistance to customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Performs opening and/or closing duties as required
• Maintains high overall cleanliness of all related work areas
• Assists in educating players regarding the game
• Directs the start of play when necessary
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required
