Overview

Part-time guest service role supporting outside services and helping create a positive experience for members and guests while developing knowledge of golf club operations.

Experience Required

• One month of related experience or training
• Must be available to open (5:30 AM-1:30 PM) on Wednesdays and Thursdays
• Must be able to work weekends with at least two days of availability, including opening shifts beginning at 5:30 AM and closing shifts ending at 7:30 PM
• Regular and reliable attendance

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of Outside Services
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning
• Assist in educating players regarding the game
• Direct the start of play when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Service customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
• Assist with food and beverage activities
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required
