Part-time guest service attendant role at Silverado Resort in Napa, CA, supporting a fast-paced hospitality-focused property and delivering personalized guest service in golf operations.

Experience Required

• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Heart of hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and players, assist guests at bag drop, stage clubs on golf cars, welcome guests after completion of round, clean clubs, and store clubs when requested.
• Act as starter by greeting each group in a friendly manner and explaining rules and course etiquette.
• Facilitate orderly and timely pace of play to prevent delays and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Keep a record of starting times and golf car numbers for each group.
• Perform driving range setup and stocking duties and keep the area clean and orderly for members and guests.
