Bonita National Golf and Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Performs course-detail tasks, including weed and debris cleanup.
• Assists with golf course setup procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties based on experience, including pruning, plugging, and related tasks.
• Operates equipment safely and remains aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices into job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month of related experience or training.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Valid driver's license.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
