We are hiring Greenskeepers at Coyote Trails Golf Course!

Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and nurturing our grounds. As a Grounds Keeper, you will be responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Beginner Greenskeepers are welcome - while knowledge of grounds maintenance is preferred, previous experience is not required for the position.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with the ability to work extended hours during golf and holiday season, as needed. Must be able to work weekends.
Our team has made a conscious effort to ensure strong protocols are in place to keep you and our patrons safe, so you can focus on the customer experience, landscape, and equipment maintenance.

Position is full time, $18 / hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Performs ground maintenance tasks: mow greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Safely operate motorized vehicles with Standard transmissions
• Operate Weed-eaters, and blowers.
• Will be setting cups and preparing course for play.
• Plant trees and shrubs, maintain flower beds, weed control, and leaf removal.
• Fertilizes, prunes trees and shrubs; cut, roll, lay and water sod.
• Repairs divots and turf damage
• Trash/litter removal
• Perform Light irrigation duties (hand water, clean heads, make repairs
• Snow and Ice removal
• Other duties to be assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and technical procedures. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Working Conditions:
• Frequently uses hands.
• Regularly stands, walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls.
• Frequently lifts, moves, and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly exposed to hot and/or humid conditions, potentially toxic or caustic chemicals, moving mechanical parts, compact spaces, and outside weather conditions
• Noise level is moderate.

Certificates and Licenses:
State Drivers License
