Part-time golf shop attendant opportunity at The Golf Club at Lansdowne for an individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization.

Experience Required

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous golf course and/or retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or a college degree preferred; or equivalent experience
• Availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
• Reliable attendance with strong customer service skills and a positive personality

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals with the daily management of golf operations
• Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play; reconcile daily tee sheets
• Assist in administering all point-of-sale (POS) application revisions and needs as they apply to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing
• Promote all club golf activities
• Assist with maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked golf shop
• Assist with maintaining proper records and billing for storage and lockers for members
• Assist golf professionals during tournaments and weekly games
• Monitor all members' scores, report handicaps to the USGA, and bill members accordingly
• Follow established opening and closing procedures
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required
