Overview

Capital Canyon Club in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to support a fast-paced, hospitality-focused golf operation. This role assists guests and supports daily golf shop operations, contributing to customer service and the overall guest experience.

Experience Required

• Must have a friendly and positive personality
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
• Must be able to work weekends for 2-10pm

Essential Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue from guests and process transactions in the POS system as trained
• Issue receipts for guest purchases
• Take messages for staff or guests
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
