Overview

Crow Valley Golf Club is seeking an energetic, member-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The Golf Shop Attendant serves as one of the first points of contact for members and guests, helping create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the daily operations of the Golf Shop and golf facility.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for golf, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Member & Guest Service

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with daily check-in procedures and first tee management.
• Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries.
• Provide information regarding club events, tournaments, lessons, and club amenities.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure a positive experience for all golfers.

Golf Shop Operations

• Operate the point-of-sale system for merchandise sales, green fees, cart fees, and other transactions.
• Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and inventory organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Golf Shop.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process tournament registrations and event entries as directed.

Tournament & Event Support

• Assist Professional Staff with tournament preparation and scoring.
• Help prepare scorecards, cart signs, proximity markers, and event materials.
• Support member events, junior golf programs, and club activities.

Facility Support

• Coordinate with Outside Services Staff regarding golfer arrivals.
• Monitor pace of play and communicate with staff as needed.
• Assist with practice facility operations when necessary.
• Help ensure a smooth daily operation of the golf facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Golf knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the golf season.
