Overview

The Golf Shop Associate provides excellent customer service to members and guests while assisting with the daily operations of the golf shop. This role includes processing sales, answering questions, managing tee times, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop.

Essential Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with merchandise purchases and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Schedule and manage tee times.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and organized.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Maintain a clean and organized golf shop.
Support golf tournaments and special events as needed.
Work closely with golf staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
