Golf Operations Team Member - Outside Guest Services & Golf Shop (Part-Time)

The Links at Bodega Harbour | Bodega Bay, CA

The Links at Bodega Harbour is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic team member to join our Golf Operations staff. This position includes responsibilities in Outside Guest Services and the Golf Shop Retail Sales.

Previous experience is a plus, however, not required. We're happy to train the right individual who enjoys working outdoors, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a team.

This is a part-time position with the potential to develop into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Weekend and some holiday availability is required.

Experience Required

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift golf bags and perform moderate physical activity throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome golfers and assist with golf bags and equipment
• Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily play
• Assist with first tee operations and player check-in
• Help monitor pace of play to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests
• Maintain the practice facilities by collecting range balls, keeping practice areas clean, and ensuring they are ready for use throughout the day
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first impression for every guest
• Assist with Golf Shop operations as needed, including retail sales, operating POS, booking tee times, etc.
