Position Summary:

The Front of House Floor Supervisor assists in the daily oversight of all front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives outstanding hospitality while supporting the restaurant, bar, events, and golf simulator experience. This role works closely with management to lead service, coach team members, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises daily Front of House operations and provides leadership during all shifts
• Leads by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Coaches, mentors, and develops FOH team members while maintaining high service standards
• Assists with staffing, shift execution, and floor management
• Produces and reviews daily operational reports, including:
  • Sales
  • Golf simulator utilization
  • Food and beverage performance
  • Labor costs
  • Inventory
• Assists with daily cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable procedures
• Supports the care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facility and guest-facing areas
• Executes event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures successful event operations
• Assists in coordinating private events, leagues, tournaments, and corporate outings
• Resolves guest concerns quickly and professionally while creating memorable experiences
• Ensures compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Partners with management to identify operational improvements and drive business performance

Qualifications:

• One to three years of hospitality or restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment
• Business-minded with an understanding of labor, sales, and operational performance
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sports entertainment, restaurants, hospitality, golf, or event venues
• Knowledge of inventory controls and cash handling procedures
• Experience working with private events or banquet operations
