Current Program Philosophy
True Swing is a teaching philosophy founded and popularized by Erika Larkin. Rooted in simplicity and pendulum swing physics (inspired by teachings of coaching legend Ernest Jones) True Swing believes that using the 5 core principles (Tempo, Flow, Freedom, Energy and Balance) can unlock more natural and efficient motion, consistency, and joy for more golfers.
True Swing favors momentum over muscle to energize the swing and reduce manipulation and tension. A collection of key drills that promote proper sequencing along with signature imagery and cues makes the True Swing approach attractive and relatable for a variety ages and skill levels. Erika's first book "A True Swing" published in 2017 has been a best seller on amazon and her social media channels and content reaches millions of golfers each week. Erika and True Swing have been featured in Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, Performance Golf Zone and Golf Channel over the years and is recognized as one of the top coaching platforms in the U.S.!
