Golf Operations
- Oversee all daily golf operations, including the pro shop, tee sheet, member play, guest play, cart operations, range operations, tournaments, outings, leagues, and golf events.
- Maintain a professional, clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment.
- Ensure tee sheets are properly managed and that member access, pace of play, guest policies, and club rules are consistently enforced.
- Oversee cart staging, cart barn standards, driving range presentation, bag drop service, and overall outside services.
- Coordinate with course maintenance to communicate course conditions, cart path rules, closures, frost delays, aerification schedules, and other operational updates.

- Support membership growth and retention by making the golf experience a major strength of the club.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and hold accountable all golf operations staff, including assistant professionals, pro shop staff, cart staff, range staff, and outside services.
- Set clear standards for professionalism, punctuality, dress code, member interaction, daily task completion, and communication.
- Ensure staff are properly trained on club policies, POS procedures, tee sheet management, cart operations, event execution, and service expectations.
- Lead by example and step into operational roles when needed.
- Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in the club.
- Plan, organize, promote, and execute member tournaments, leagues, junior golf programs, couples golf, clinics, outings, and other golf events.
- Build a strong annual golf calendar that drives member engagement and participation.
- Communicate event details clearly to members and staff.

- Work with food and beverage leadership to coordinate event needs, staffing, timing, and member experience.
- Provide professional golf instruction to members and guests, if applicable.
- Develop clinics, junior programs, ladies programs, beginner programs, and other player development opportunities.
- Grow participation in golf programming across all skill levels.
- Help create a welcoming pathway for new golfers, families, juniors, and newer members.
- Oversee golf shop merchandising, inventory, displays, ordering, receiving, pricing, and sales strategy.
