Overview

A Golf Cart Staff Attendant is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and managing the fleet of golf carts while providing exceptional customer service to golfers. They help ensure golfers have a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure by maintaining clean, fully equipped carts and supporting daily golf operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Preparing golf carts for daily play by cleaning, stocking, and inspecting them for proper operation.
• Greeting golfers and assisting with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts.
• Collecting, cleaning, and sanitizing carts after each round.
• Monitoring cart inventory, fuel, and maintenance needs, and reporting mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Keeping the cart staging area, bag drop, practice facilities, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service while responding to guest requests and questions.
• Supporting golf tournaments and special events by staging carts, placing scorecards and signage, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.
• Following all safety procedures and helping maintain the overall appearance and operation of the golf facility.
