This is a full-time, on-site role for a Male or Female Golf Professional at our facility in Greater Orlando. The Golf Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups, assisting with the management of day-to-day golf operations, and maintaining golf equipment. The role also involves ensuring a superior customer experience by providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Collaborating with the team to organize tournaments, events, and other golf-related activities will also be part of the role.

Experience Required

PGA Professional preferred but not Mandatory. Male or Female.

TPI certified and fitness oriented.

Experienced Club fitter.

A Happy Human who loves helping Inspire people through the Game of Golf. !!!

Social Media experience and Presence a plus.

Essential Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Golf Instruction, including teaching techniques for players of varying skill levels
• Experience in Golf Management and knowledge of daily golf operations
• Comprehensive understanding of Golf and Golf Equipment
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism on-site
• Previous experience in the golf industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Golf Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
