Overview

The Golf Club at Lansdowne is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support championship-level course conditioning across a 45-hole private club. This role offers diverse experience across all three courses while working closely with the Director of Agronomy and Superintendents in a high-end private club environment focused on team leadership and professional development.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support daily course maintenance and playability enhancements.
• Train, develop, and manage staff.
• Implement moisture management and turf health strategies.
• Perform cultural practices and pesticide/fertilizer applications.
• Contribute to project management and future capital improvements.
