The Assistant Superintendent role offers the opportunity to work across all three courses at The Golf Club at Lansdowne, collaborating closely with the Director of Agronomy and Superintendents. The position focuses on championship-level course conditioning, turf health, team leadership, and professional development in a high-end private club environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support daily course maintenance and playability enhancements.
• Train, develop, and help manage staff.
• Assist with moisture management and turf health strategies.
• Perform cultural practices and pesticide/fertilizer applications.
• Contribute to project management and future capital improvements.
