Parkland Golf & Country Club, located in Parkland, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Assist the Property Manager in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive community experience for residents
• Assist with property management administrative duties
• Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts
• Perform data entry tasks to update member maintenance requests.
• Responsible for ensuring Member information within data base is current and up to date
• Responsible for leading regular inspections of the property with or as directed by the manager
• Address concerns or complaints diplomatically and work toward amicable resolutions
• Assist with collections of association fees
• Coordinate and track important dates and meetings, such as annual and budget meetings
• Assist with preparation of the HOA committee meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office, Enumerate, Jonas, and ABDI
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure, maintain composure, and utilize good judgment during emergency/difficult and stressful situations
