As an Assistant in Training, you won't simply observe, you'll be immersed in the daily operation of one of Texas' premier private clubs. You'll gain hands-on experience leading teams, serving a highly engaged membership, running tournaments and events, managing golf operations, and understanding what it takes to become a well-rounded PGA Professional.
We believe the best way to develop future leaders is through mentorship, responsibility, and meaningful experience. That's why our AIT program is intentionally designed to expose you to every aspect of the business while providing continuous coaching, feedback, and opportunities to grow.
