Overview

Brookmeadow Country Club is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for an aspiring PGA Professional who enjoys both the operational and administrative side of a busy public golf facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily management of golf operations while helping deliver an exceptional experience for members, guests, leagues, and tournaments.

This role is seasonal through the end of this golf season, with potential to be upgraded to a full-time Assistant Golf Professional.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily golf shop operations, managing tee sheets, coordinating tournaments and events, assisting with league administration, maintaining merchandise displays and inventory, supporting staff scheduling and training, and ensuring accurate communication across all areas of the golf operation. The Assistant Golf Professional will also assist with player development programs, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the golf operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of golf operations, business management, and facility administration while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage all golf course operations when Head Golf Professional is not present
• Manage Pro Shop Merchandise
• Maintain customer relationships and create excellent customer experiences
• Assist with Tee Sheet management
