Rochester Country Club is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the golf industry who is looking to build a long-term career in club operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Assist with daily golf shop operations
• Coordinate and execute tournaments, leagues, and member events
• Merchandise and maintain an attractive golf shop
• Manage tee sheet operations and point-of-sale transactions
• Assist with outside operations as needed
• Enforce pace of play and maintain a positive golf experience
• Represent the club in a professional manner at all times

Essential Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Previous golf operations experience is preferred but not required
• Candidates who are currently pursuing or interested in beginning the PGA Professional Program are strongly preferred
• We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a desire to learn
