Overview

Ansley Golf Club, founded in 1912, is a premier member-owned club with two distinct properties in its Midtown Atlanta campus and Settindown Creek campus located in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell. The Club is the 40th ranked golf club by the Platinum Club of America (2025-2026). This position is based at Settindown Creek, an 18- hole Bob Cupp designed championship golf course that completed a major renovation by Tyler Rae and reopened in October 2025.

Settindown Creek plays 25,000 rounds annually and features a 2 bay indoor teaching facility equipped with Trackman, V1, BodiTrax, and S.A.M. Putt Lab. In addition Settindown offers a 10.5 acre practice facility and a 4 hole short course. Settindown has hosted numerous prestigious Amateur and Professional events throughout it's history.

Essential Responsibilities

Ansley Golf Club is seeking a friendly, member-focused, service-minded individual who wants to grow within the golf industry. The role combines golf operations leadership, member engagement, tournament administration and staff management with an emphasis on overseeing the Outside Golf Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mange outside services team.
• Hire, train and develop outside services team to provide a consistent and memorable golf experience.
• Provide a hospitable environment for our members and their guests ultimately resulting in a memorable experience.
• Manage daily golf operations and daily play - start on the first tee and monitor pace of play.
• Assist with tournaments using Golf Genius.
• Manage tee sheet through ForeTees software.
• Daily communication between outside service staff, agronomy, and food and beverage departments.
• Support junior golf and instructional programs.
• Conduct private golf lessons.
• Maintain golf cart cleanliness standards and proper maintenance practices.
• Play golf with the members and participate in PGA section and chapter events as time allows.
• Maintain progress toward PGA of America membership
