Overview

Rock Bottom Golf is seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Golf Shop team located at the Rock Bottom Golf Pro Shop at Morgan's Crossing Golf Course. This role is essential to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf shop.

This is a seasonal position requiring availability during peak golf season, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional golf shop environment

• Assist customers with merchandise selection, sales transactions, and special orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, including

restocking shelves and displays

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions, tee time check-ins, and inventory updates

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding tee times, merchandise, and club services

• Assist with receiving, pricing, and displaying new merchandise

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or special-order needs to management

• Help manage tee time reservations and golfer check-in procedures

• Assist with tournaments, outings, leagues and promotional events

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

• Basic computer and point-of-sale system familiarity

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• Reliable availability during peak seasonal hours

• Golf knowledge and retail experience preferred but not required

• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
